  After long discussions and telling us they didn't have any other options they sent us in two other accommodations, makeong us move around the city alone, at night, with luggage, and both places they offerd had the same problem!

  We had a recent stay of 11 nights at Villa Lila thru Vacanzy, the villa itself and pool was superb but I would never again use the agency. On our 6th night our villa was broken into during the night while we were there, the patio door was forced. They refused to mend door which was bent, never came in person to see us after if happened, and we're negligent in that they have no security measures in writing for those checking in. So we were never informed verbally or on any paperwork about extra bolts we could have used. When I asked why, u was told ' well no-one ever got robbed before??? The mind boggles at this sort of reply. Also alarm warning on outside wall is for show only!! Be warned. Not a professional company with proper policies at all.

  I had booked this holiday home for my birthday and was really looking forward to it in two weeks time. Unfortunately, and extremely suddenly, a close family member died just 3 days ago and I sadly had to request a refund. This company refused to give me the full refund even though I am able to provide a death certificate and the funeral arrangement confirmations. I think this is horrendous and I will never book through this company again!

  At the end they kept a percentege of the stay and refused to give us a full refound or at least help us settle in some other place.

  Inside the walls and the table were full of little bugs, even though it was supposed to be just cleaned. We tried to clean a little but they immediately spread around again.

  Even if it's what they tried to make us belive, they are not normal island insects, but were probably due to the structure or the plumbing.

  During all of this no one ever came to actually see the situation for them selves. They even tried telling booking.com (with which we booked the stay) that they were only mosquitos.

  We waisted a night and a day at the agency without anyone letting us speak with the manager ("didn't speak english").
