  First and formost the staff are lovely. The apartment we stayed in was very basic. Considering i was there in january and its chilly on a night time there is No heating. It needs decorating everywhere asap because its quite grotty. And the "entertainment" was bloody awful. All in All not the worse place ive stayed. But i wouldnt go back :-(

  So I am always dubious about reviews because some people are fussy. I am not a fussy eater and think most situations can be resolved by adapting.... I could not find a 2nd star for this place! The one star is for the fact that the rooms are nice and big and kept clean. And the pools are gorgeous. If this was a self catering hotel I would have given 3. Food is greasy. By day 3 I was eating in restaurants and buying food. Drinks is the usual you get with any all inclusive and it was not busy as there was hardly any entertainment and due to the time of the year. The doosey that pushed me over the edge and decided to share this is day 5 without any hot water! Day one luke warm shower, day two the same, day 3 cold and stayed this way even after I made the reception aware! I Ended up showering at my friends hotel down the road that was a much lesser smaller hotel with much less facilities but somehow better food, friendlier staff, much more helpful and although the rooms and pool there was smaller and older the service even for guests was better than here. Anyway this hotel was a massive disappointment.

  Having read various reviews both positive and negative we didn't really know what to expect. The resort and apartment were kept very clean and tidy. A bit basic but it was 3 star so that was ok. The food was absolutely fine and kept hot, whilst not amazing was fine for the price we paid. We didn't stay in the bar for the entertainment, bingo was very loud.....I personally didn't like the alcoholic drinks on offer but there was a supermarket 2 minutes away that sold a great variety of wine. The beer was fine. Being so close to the centre of correlejo was good to eat out and have a drink. As a family of four with 2 teenagers we had a lovely week before Christmas.

  Nicely located only 10 mins walk into main town.spacious rooms and well kept public areas.plenty of choice food wise only complaint certain items in cafeteria not well set out....no teaspoons near hotdrinks machine....no butter near bread area and food not always hot.

  It needs air conditioning rooms are 2 hot .. some of the staff need to be more polite. It needs living up in the evenings maybe a adult disco as well as kids disco. A bit more atmosphere in the evening and it would be great.. ON PLUS SIDE 2 FANTASTIC SALT WATER SWIMMING POOLS. .
