  Villa was nice but very basic! Cleanliness an issue cleaners came every day but only gave clean towels floor wasn’t swept once in 3 week stay and not even a brush was provided in villa. Pool area not cleaned either! Staff in reception were very unhelpful especially the general manager (marina) who was rude on a number of occasions. Resort would be nicer if staff were trained properly and villas were looked after better...will not be returning

  Stunning villas, stunning place, owner is a lying toerag. We were double booked but they did not have the balls to admit it, shipped us off 20km away to a shi*hole for two nights.... And yes we had a member of staff admit to us it was a double booking. Just be honest, you would have got five stars.

  Villas lovely and resort very secure. Disappointed the free shuttle is not working. Apparently technical issues but not moved off the resort for repairs all week. Has moved within the resort though so not sure what technical issues are. No alternative transportation so stuck here in the middle of nowhere unless we taxi everywhere. Bars outdoor so no shelter from cool nights. Would not book again unless had own transport. Very disappointed. Confused why shuttle can move around complex but not out. Surely if it has technical issues it shouldn't be able to move at all. Only booked this hotel because it had a shuttle bus. Spoilt the holiday. Added extra costs for taxis twice a day. Advertising something that isn't available. Asked why they can't just hire a bus for the week but no reply!!! Don't really think there is anything wrong with the bus, just an excuse cause they don't want to use it half empty. We are not the only ones without transport. So not the only unhappy guests.

  The staff are lovely. They really tried to make our stay enjoyable. We had three meals in The View Restaurant on site which were very good. It would be helpful to have a small shop on site as its a distance to the supermarket. It was quite cold during our stay and the rooms don't have heating.

  Golf resort. No it is not. 9 hole par 3 in pretty poor condition. Food in restaurant reflected in rating.
