  My experience with them was smooth and without reason to complain. Booked a car the day before I needed it. Cars are in the parking garage beneath the office location on their own reserved spaces. Car was brand new, service was kind and helpful.

  We left and found a local car hire company (Alonzo) round the corner on the main shopping street who were both friendly, helpful and in the end less expensive than Avis even without using the vouchers!
