  We tried it another day and this time it wasn't as busy as before and we immediately were seated but told that it can take some minutes until food is served b/c everything is made fresh and vegan. They also have their philosophy printed in the menu. So we enjoyed it!

  A surprisingly lively and charming place run by a family of Italians who will make you very welcome. The menu is a little cryptic and there was little English spoken but after some entertaining attempts to understand each other, the food was amazing. Speciality of the house is vegan cheeses and these are worth trying. Portions sizes are spot on and salads were delicious, everyone in the family was pleased. Very stylish place with strong vegan theme. Nice toilets in house.

  The food was very tasty. we had a mixed plate, self made cheese (great!) and some fruit waters. The service was really good and friendly.

  Discovered Baobab today while looking for a nice play to have a quick lunch. We warmly recommend this place if you are around: very friendly and warm Italian owners prepare delicious vegan dishes in a very cosy and charming setting! We went for the two dishes of the day with a tea and a juice. Prices might look higher in comparison to other restaurants in Corralejo, but the food is very yummy!

  There was no welcoming atmosphere: the waiter was so stressed out and obviously couldn't handle more guests and therefore he was absolutely unfriendly telling us to leave the table because they had other guests waiting for the table - which wasn't clear to us at this moment. The food looked really delicious though and we will try it another time to update this review.
