  Decent selection of vegan foods and good service. We had a really good pumpkin soup as a starter but ‘rice paper rolls’ were made with olive oil which was just really odd. We had a vegan paella. It was good but quite oily and not very spiced.

  I ate here several times during my holiday this summer. Usually if you return to a place the shine starts to wear off a bit more each time but Sanus got better each time. The food is fantastic and the staff are really lovely. It was easily the best place to eat on Fuerteventura.

  Food was amazing! Lots of choices for vegetarian, vegan, celiac or diabete diet. I'm celiac and it was super safe for me to eat there! The waiter and waitress were just so kind. I totally recommend that restaurant even if you don't have any specific diet!!! The guy was really helpful to find other gluten free restaurant in the Canary! Menu was available in multiple languages and they speak (at least) spanish, italian and english. Great place! Go there!

  Small but beautifully presented gem in Correlejo. Booking essential with larger families or groups. Excellent food, rather up market for younger guests, but delicious and stylishly presented. On the higher end of the price scale but good value for money, if you are looking for something special or/and have special dietary requirements. Vegan, Vegetarian, Diabetic and Celiacs all have separate menus. Desserts were amazing. Service couldn't be nicer, Spanish, Italian and English spoken fluently. Toilets are separate and communal and functional but manageable.
