  i have just returned from my holiday in fuertaventure . i went to pick up our car on a sunday as it states on the website this shop does not close untill 1pm . it closed at 12pm so that was 1st dissapointment .monday morning we went to pick up our car that was already paid for to be told i could not have one as i was a now show the day before . i was gob smacked . the woman on the desk was the most aggresive person i have ever dealt with shouting in spanish to her colleges laughing when she was telling me i cannot have a refund after she said she cannot change the date by a day . i explained i have paid for 12 days to have the car . i rang E bookers as we booked through these . the woman would not pick up the phone in the office to speak to E bookers after2 hours in the office she said we had to leave as they were closing E BOOKERS TRIED TO PHONE THEIR HEAD OFFICE AT THE AIRPORT BUT COULD NOT GET A ANSWER . they ripped us off £90.00 our holiday was ruined no car to get us about the island i go to fuertaventura 4 times a year and usually book at avis . we took friends of ours for the first time they said they would not return as we were were limited to where we could go without having a car . i would not recomend this car hire place to my worst enemy they would not know good customer service if it was staring them in the face . i am in the process of taking legal action to get our money back . KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS SHOP TOTAL RIP OFF .
