  I was torn between a 3* & 4* rating as it was a mixed experience. The pr man was a typically firey mix of Italian & Spanish out going & hard working but perhaps with a little too much testosterone as he exploded at a passer by who responded to his invitation to dine with "I don't like Italian" he did apologise to us for his outburst as we were seated right out the front, but he couldn't help by continuing to explain his outburst in an aggressive manner.

  So to sum it up, a decent meal with service that could be well improved with better timing. Would I eat there again with so much choice available is still up for debate.

  We went here for new years eve and the service and food was fantastic the review below is utter rubbish about the extra 20% charge due to it being new years eve this was clearly displayed on the entrance and in each of the menus as was all the other restaurants in the same area and worked out much cheaper than most we have since returned for another meals and this was also fantastic the service is great and they are very helpful and friendly I am always honest with my reviews so please take it from me you will not be disappointed

  The staff is super friendly. The food was wonderful. The prices are fair. The sangria had cinnamon, which made for a pleasant Christmas day drink. You can see the "music square" from the outside tables. This allows you to enjoy the live entertainment throughout your meal. We sat, ate, drank, and enjoyed the music for hours and the staff came by just enough to remind us they were available if we needed them. All of this pushed the rating from a 4 to a 5.

  We ordered wine & then garlic prawns to share for starters & they were very tasty indeed. I ordered a fillet steak in porcini mushroom sauce which arrived in a timely fashion, unfortunately my wife had ordered a basic marguerrita pizza which there was no sign of. I waited a few minutes but as the plate was cold my meal was cooling off quickly & after getting the waiters attention I was forced to start & was half way through my meal before the pizza finally arrived amongst apologies which they seemed to blame on the pizza & not the kitchen itself (go figure). In fairness the food was very good overall but they just don't seem to be able to get the service right. I had to chase them for a bill having not been offered a sweet or coffee, I went into the restaurant & spoke to the manager about the service & again he was apologetic & offered us a drink of our choice as some compensation. I had a brandy & my wife had a white wine which she said was nicer than the bottle we had earlier which arrived quickly so a reasonable end after all.

  Great restaurant near outdoor music square, fantastic with kids, beautiful food, friendly host. Can't knock it!

  I am utterly dissapointed after spending New Year’s Eve at this restaurant with my family! Food was average, service was terribly slow but that would not be an issue as this was an exceptionally busy night for all restaurants in the area! We received the bill and were shocked and horrified to see they had added 20% on!! I am pretty sure this is illegal as there was no prior notification! I think this behavior is disgraceful and I will not eat at this restaurant again and will inform anyone I know of our experience!
